Utility bills may be paid by mail, at City Hall in the City Clerk's office window, or in the payment drop box. The drop box is marked "PAYMENTS" and is located at the front of City Hall. The drop-box is located to the left of the glass doors at the entrance, just under the sign.

You are billed quarterly for how much water you use, as measured by the meter in your basement. This meter is also the basis of your wastewater charge. The state requires the utility to test about 2,500 meters per year to ensure that meter readings and billings are accurate.
Utility Billing Concerns & Payments

Sprinkling Credit
You may reduce your wastewater charges by metering the water that does not enter the sanitary sewer system, including water used for lawn or garden sprinkling.
