The purpose of the Advisory Committee on Appointments shall be to recommend to the City Manager and Council President citizen nominees to municipal standing committees, commissions and boards.
Committee appointees shall: (1) be Janesville residents; (2) represent the City as a whole; and (3) possess an interest in the committee appointment process. The Committee shall select its Chair.
