The Janesville Police Department currently holds active arrest warrants for the individuals included in the Active Warrant List found below. This list is updated monthly. All warrants must be verified through the Janesville Police Department before any individual can be apprehended. The apprehension must be made by a law enforcement officer once confirmation of the warrant is made. This verification can be done by the Janesville Police Department or your local jurisdiction.

Adult Arrest Report
The Police Department recently implemented a new report, the Adult Arrest Report. The purpose of this report is to share arrest information with the public. This report will be updated bi-weekly and may be found by clicking the file folder icon at the top of this page.For questions about this report, contact Officer Hirsch at (608) 755-3100.
The idea for this report was an outcome of discussions with neighborhood leaders of the Fourth Ward and Look West neighborhoods. The adult arrest report will allow:
- Citizens to know who the arrested person is and where they live in the neighborhood.
- Citizens can follow the arrest through the criminal justice system by tracking the case on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access, Consolidated Court Automation Program (CCAP).
- If citizens observe an arrest, they can determine if the matter is a safety issue or something less concerning.
- Citizens can determine if a landlord is transferring problem individuals from one property to another.
The arrest information is a public record has always been available upon request. This adult arrest report allows for citizens to easily access the information.
The Janesville Police Department remains committed to neighborhood safety and believes that citizens that are informed of the activities in their neighborhoods are better able to keep their neighborhoods safe.
