ADULT INDOOR LAP SWIMMING

Indoor lap swimming is being offered Monday through Friday from 6-7:00AM at Marshall Middle School (25 S. Pontiac Dr.).  There are two options for entering the pool.  Option 1): Park in the back parking lot (by tennis courts and practice fields). Enter the school through door #14. Turn left to get into the pool area.  Option 2): Park in main parking lot. Enter through the gym door #21. Enter pool through the gym locker rooms. The cost is $3.00 per session, or purchase a punch card for $65 for 25 sessions.  Payment is taken on site by the certified lifeguard on duty. Only cash or check is accepted.

BARRE (NEW!)

Mix elements of Pilates, yoga and functional training, moves are choreographed to motivating music. Classes are held Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:15PM at the Janesville Senior Center (69 S. Water Street). Class fees are $24 per 6 week session. Please Note: Class is run by Infitium Fitness, LLC.    Drop in class is $5.00 (try it out anytime during a session, including the current one).

AMPD Power Flow

AMPD Power Flow was created by Kettlebell AMPD. It is the newest format that gives you a workout like never before. The class uses kettlebells, resistance bands and yoga inspired movements  It delivers a calorie burning, low impact workout that will help you gain strength, balance and flexibility. Classes are held Mondays from 5:30 to 6:15PM at the Janesville Senior Center (69 S. Water Street). Class fees are $24 per 6 week session. Please Note: Class is run by Infitium Fitness, LLC.   Drop In class fee is $5.00 (try it out anytime during a session, including the current one).

   

RIPPED

RIPPED classes are a total body workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training combining Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet components to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. Classes are held Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:15PM at the Janesville Senior Center (69 S. KETTLEBELL AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.

Real people for real results — Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available!

ZUMBA 

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.  If you enjoy Zumba, then you are more likely to do it regularly and experience its benefits as an aerobic exercise.

New classes starting September 11 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30PM.  Cost is $3 per class on a drop in basis, paid to the instructor.
