ADULT FITNESS CLASSES

Check out these fun fitness classes for individuals of all fitness levels. You don't need a membership to attend these classes! The Senior Activity Center is located at 69 S. Water Street. For questions, please call 755-3040. Classes are for those 18 & up. All classes are $5 drop in (paid upon arrival) or purchase a 10 class punch card for $45. BARRE (NEW!)

 

Mix elements of Pilates, yoga and functional training, moves are choreographed to motivating music. Classes are held Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:15PM at the Janesville Senior Center (69 S. Water Street). Please Note: Class is run by Infitium Fitness, LLC.    Drop in class fee is $5.00, or purchase a 10-class pass from the instructor for $45 ($5 savings).

AMPD Power Flow

AMPD Power Flow was created by Kettlebell AMPD. It is the newest format that gives you a workout like never before. The class uses kettlebells, resistance bands and yoga inspired movements  It delivers a calorie burning, low impact workout that will help you gain strength, balance and flexibility. Classes are held Mondays from 5:30 to 6:15PM at the Janesville Senior Center (69 S. Water Street).  Please Note: Class is run by Infitium Fitness, LLC.   Drop in class fee is $5.00, or purchase a 10-class pass from the instructor for $45 ($5 savings).

   

RIPPED

RIPPED classes are a total body workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training combining Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet components to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. Classes are held Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:15PM at the Janesville Senior Center (69 S. KETTLEBELL AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.

Real people for real results — Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available!

ZUMBA 

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.  If you enjoy Zumba, then you are more likely to do it regularly and experience its benefits as an aerobic exercise.

Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30PM.  Cost is $3 per class on a drop in basis, paid to the instructor.
