2825 East Milwaukee Street (from Kelly Lee, Neighborhood Development Specialist) MCDONALD
Neighborhood Services received a complaint through the City Manager’s office on Monday, November 30, regarding an auto repair operation at 2825 East Milwaukee Street. A Property Maintenance Specialist inspected the site on December 4th and found a trailer and a junk vehicle. An Order to Correct was mailed to the property owner December 7, 2009. A follow-up inspection was conducted on December 18.

All vehicles on premise now belong to the tenants and are properly licensed. A Property Maintenance Specialist has been monitoring the property a few times a week and does not believe any auto activity is taking place. The complaint has been closed; however, the Inspector will continue to monitor the property when she is in the area.
