Street Closure Notice: Joseph Street & Elgin Street

Due to high water levels, Joseph Street in the City of Janesville has been closed to through traffic. Elgin Street from Charles to Joseph has also been closed. Individuals owning property on these streets may continue to access their property. For questions, call Operations at 755-3110.
