Community Development Director

Brad has been with the City’s Planning Department since 1979. In February of 1992, he was promoted to Planning Director. In 2005, when the Planning, Development Review and Building Inspection functions were combined and the Community Development Department was created, Brad was promoted to Community Development Director. Brad has a B.A. Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois, and a MS. Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to working for the City of Janesville, Brad was a Planner for the City of Champaign, Illinois.
