To expand the matches, use the pulldown arrow in the MATCHES TO RETURN field. We recommend that for searches by STREET AND ADDRESS you expand the returns to the maximum number.If you are deleting data from one search box and switch to searching in a different box, make sure you do not leave any blank spaces in the previous box or the system will read that you are trying to use two boxes at once and you will get an error message.
