Sponsors Needed for Enchanted Forest Halloween Event
The City of Janesville is excited to announce the return of the Enchanted Forest! Once again, sponsors are needed for the City of Janesville Recreation Division’s Enchanted Forest and Hollywood Hayride at Palmer Park on October 17 – 20.
In order for us to continue growing this event, we need help from our area businesses and organizations. Benefits for being a sponsor include: a sign with sponsor name in front of chosen scene, sponsor name in event brochure, recognition in next year’s Fall/Winter Activity Guide and on our Facebook page, passes to the event and the Janesville Ice Arena, and a company advertisement in the Spring/Summer Activity Guide.
If you would rather provide “in-kind” donations of candy, costumes, Halloween decorations or scene props, tea light candles, or gift cards for the set fee, we would appreciate that as well.
Additionally, we need volunteers each night to fill in as actors, run the games, and help deliver food. The success of this event will be dependent on our area businesses.
