provided.
Please add a subject to your e-mail and use the space provided to write your
message. Next, fill in your contact information, including your e-mail address.

the email unless those boxes are completed. You may also choose how you would
like staff to contact you for follow-up. Once the form is complete, please
click “Send”. You will receive an automatic email response letting you know
your message has been received and you can expect a city staff person to get in
touch with you about your e-mail in the near future.
